My dentist actually asked what I'd changed at my last cleaning — less buildup than usual! I've been chewing one every morning for two months now.

Breath improved fast, within a couple weeks. My gums feel calmer when I floss, too. Easy to chew and tastes great!

Three months in and my hygienist noted less inflammation than my last two visits. Simple, tasty, and it works!
